well tornado tom took a big snort and sprinted to victory over the field. i read the profile and it said that there was a hill at the end that would sort out the sprinters, but i guess you can't deny them the win when they have the chance.on the tipping front, team irlande came away with the stage win and with it picked up the lead in the gc and sprint points. we now have a mountain points joint leaders with three teams picking bettini who grabbed a couple on the early climb.
